Family Legal Secretary
Family Legal Secretary – This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced family legal secretary to join a thriving privately funded family team in their Windsor office on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract. The successful family legal secretary will be required to deal with enquiries, book client appointments, meet and greet clients, prepare standard and bespoke documents and letters, prepare Court Bundles, arrange Counsel meetings for Conference and Hearings, diary management, taking dictation and general office support. The family legal secretary role provides administrative support to the fee earners and therefore requires the family legal secretary to have a good level of knowledge in family law with an excellent telephone manor, competent written and spoken communication abilities. The successful family legal secretary should have at least 2 years family legal secretarial experience, be well organised, good time management skills, a high level of attention to detail, be flexible and able to work as part of a team. To have a good knowledge of working with case management systems (ALB) and Laserform would be an advantage but not essential. Salary dependent upon experience. The role is commutable from Maidenhead, Slough, Ascot, Windsor, Bracknell and Staines.
