Senior Credit Operations / Fraud Analyst - Cards

Our Credit Cards team are well on their way to achieving their ambition to disrupt the Credit Card market - smashing targets, winning numerous industry awards and successfully building a credit card operation. We can’t continue to do this without truly awesome talented people to make it happen.
We’re looking for experts in Credit Underwriting and Application Fraud identification to join our team. It’s incredibly busy, so if you like a fast paced environment then you’ll love it here. We’ll ask you to action/complete new application referrals in line with mandate limit, policy, risk and regulation, whilst adhering to Responsible Lending principles. You’ll also ensure we protect our customers and maintain a first line of defence against financial crime through the effective analysis, investigation and resolution of fraud alerts and referrals associated with Credit Card applications.
What will it take?
You’ll have experience in making Credit decisions and/or the investigation of Application Fraud within a Credit Card operation with an understanding of CIFAS & Hunter fraud prevention services.
Full training and ongoing development will be provided so don’t worry if you haven’t had exposure across both Credit and Fraud yet.
With a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and keeping the customer at the heart of all you do, will help us become Britain’s best loved bank. You’ll have a natural flair for analysing information and drawing conclusions and/or recommendations as well as being able to present your findings in a clear and concise manner.

Salary starting from £22,500 depending on experience, plus a range of great benefits.
Start date: We would love to work with you immediately...but more realistically, we want you on-board by the start of March
