NRG are currently recruiting for a Payroll and HR Assistant to join our well established client based close to Middlesbrough.

Duties of the role include:-

  • Ensure payroll activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide comprehensive assistance and support to Senior Members of the HR team
  • Accurate collation of key payroll data on a weekly basis, ensuring that all data is inputted in line with Monthly-Payroll deadlines
  • Process all new starters and leavers
  • Process absence requests and payments
  • Ensure all statutory payments are processed accurately
  • Administering the company pension scheme, ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment pension regulations
  • Monthly submissions to company pension scheme
  • Be the first point of contact for all pay-related queries
  • Update and maintain relevant HR systems and employee personnel files
  • Support recruitment process
  • Provide support to the discipline and grievance procedure
  • To be considered for the role you will:-

  • Ideally posses level 3 CIPD
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
