Science Teacher required in East London with February/March 2018 start.

Are you a teacher of Science with a particular strength in Biology, Physics or Chemistry, looking for a full time role delivering A-Level?

Do you want to teach engaged, enthusiastic and academic students at an Ofsted graded good' school?

I am working with Secondary schools based in East London to recruit a GCSE teacher of Science (A-level would be an advantage) for a job starting in February/March 2018.

The successful candidate will have outstanding specialist knowledge and experience of successful teaching throughout Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. They will have a proven track record as an excellent teacher, fully meeting the national professional standards for teachers and leaders. QTS is required as unqualified candidates may not be considered.

This role allows you the opportunity to be part of the transformation of a community and the life chances of the amazing young people we serve.

The schools are close to local bus links and mainline stations.

The schools have built their reputation on hard work, excellent attendance and good behaviour and now require a passionate Science teacher to help further there success which has been achieved and promoted through effective teaching, engaging lessons in a stimulating work environment.

All classes are equipped with new technology to support innovative and engaging teaching methodology.

In this teaching job you will need:

- Experience to teach Biology, Physics and/ or Chemistry up to KS4 (GCSE)

- Willingness to enthuse and embrace enthusiastic students

- Ability to stretch and challenge academic students

- Experience to manage challenging behaviour

- Knowledge of current and innovative learning methodologies
