RequirementProactive and organised individual to manage and process the payroll for a high volume of small business clients for an Accountancy Practice Bureau. Working within a team of four each with their own portfolio of clients.(Handling a portfolio of approx. 150 small business clients from 1 to 40 employees)
General day to day administration including maintaining the schedule of your own portfolio of clients.
Establishing each new client with an payroll scheme with HMRC within agreed time scales and procedures
Ensuring ceased clients are deregistered.
Ensuring all clients payroll is processed each week/month
Ensuring reports are generated to HMRC within the agreed timescales
Ensuring payslips and summary are sent to the client.
Ensuring the weekly/monthly submission of contribution schedules to the auto-enrolment pension provider within agreed time scales and procedures.
Deal with any queries arising on any client payroll
Assist other colleagues as workload demands
Provide regular progress reports to the Partners as requested
Professional and friendly customer service
Accurate, efficient and timely processing and reporting of data
Desired but not essential
Accountancy practice experience
Circa £20,000 dependant on experience
