Legal Administrator - A Legal Administrator is required by a law firm in central Reading. The Legal Administrator will work as the first point of contact with clients on Stage 1 MOJ process portal. The role work on enquires from personal injury clients to include road traffic accidents, employer liability and public liability accidents.

Main duties
Dealing with claims through Stage 1 MOJ portal.
Advise clients on funding.
Instruct Medical appointments.
Assess incoming pre-medical offers and communicate to the client.
Manage all correspondence.
Collate information from enquires and record accurately on a case management system.

Skills and qualifications
Previous customer service background.
Knowledge and experience of compliance checks, due diligence and anti-money laundering.
experience of dealing with personal injury claims up to and including stage 1 portal claims.

Hours
Full time 9 am to 5.30pm

Salary to £20,000
