Our leading IT Client has a new vacancy for an Onsite Support Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing in-depth incident/ problem analysis and resolution.

Due to the nature of this role all applicants must be DV Security Cleared.

This is a diverse role and responsibilities will include:

- Completing comprehensive system administration tasks
- Completing in-depth incident/ problem analysis and resolution
- Escalating incidents when necessary to 3rd and 4th line support
- Configuration of network printers and terminals
- Effectively use backup and restore solutions

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of various hardware components, for example, storage area networks, RAM, network attached storage, exchange 2K10, unity sync and DAG.

If you have strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels, can work on own initiative, and are comfortable working in pressurized environments and have previous experience in a service and support orientated environment this could be your ideal role.
