Executive Assistant/ Office Manager
We are working with a fantastic organisation that specialises in countering violent extremism, our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to join their growing team for 12 month fixed term period.
You will be supporting the organisations two founders in a PA capacity as well as managing the day to day function of the office.
Main duties for the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:
Day to day running of the office
Administrative and project support to the team and the founders
Diary management for the two founders
Providing research and meeting preparation for the founders
Travel coordination for the founders and occasionally the team
Office management- maintenance, storage and upkeep of office facilities
HR administration, liaison with HR consultant
Payroll administration, liaison with accounting company
Essential criteria for the Executive Assistant/ Office Manager:
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience of supporting at a senior level
Office management experience
Ability to adapt and apply a flexible approach to work
Previous experience of working for a start up organisation would be desirable
Language skills would be desirable, French or Arabic as a preference
Strong MS office skills
Happy to work for an organisation that specialises in CVE, Countering Violet Extremism
