Debt Management & IVA Advisor - Salford Quays Based - Perm ASAP - £22,000 - £25,000 per annum OTE 65K UNCAPPED!

As a Debt Management & Individual Voluntary Arrangement Advisor you will be responsible for speaking to customers, discussing their current situation (including income and expenditure) and identifying what is the best solution for their circumstances to help clear their debts as soon as possible. You'll need a calm and empathetic phone manner, with the ability to explain things clearly to your customers.

You will work a 37 hour week, Monday-Friday with weekends off!

Mon - Thurs 10:00am-7:00pm, Fri 10:00am – 4:00pm

You will be highly motivated to perform at the highest possible standard.You will communicate in a clear, honest and open manner.You will have knowledge and experience of debt solutions/financial services.You will have previous experience in an advisory role.You will be keen to develop and progress in the role.You will be reliable and hardworking.About the Role:

You will complete and capture a comprehensive assessment of each customer’s circumstances, giving the correct advice following company policies and procedures alongside all regulatory requirements.You will ensure the most appropriate course of action is explained to the customer in a clear manner.You will assist customers in making an informed decision and committing to an appropriate course of action.You will achieve all key performance indicators and call handling metrics you will complete financial assessments.You will confirm the customers understanding of the plan, the duration of the plan and the fees payable.You will ensure all notes and comments are recorded effectively and accurately on the necessary systems to abide by regulatory standards.Proactively manage diaries and appointments so that the customer’s expectation and regulatory requirements are met.Meet all compliance requirements.Give correct and best advice following processes and procedures along with all regulatory requirements. (FCA, DPA, Money Laundering, Complaints) etc.What we Offer:
