This is a hands on role and you will be responsible for the full ownership of your division within the business. This is not just another administrator role as you will be required to fully manage your own portfolio and be a key member of this dynamic team. Your role will encompass areas of:
-Invoicing and Finance administration
-Budgeting and Forecasting
-Managing maintenance (delivery and cost)
-On site visits and client facing meetings when necessary
-Reporting to the Board on your portfolio
-Other ad-hoc areas as and when required
-Liaising with key stakeholders of the business
