An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading Global FMCG organisation, our client is currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager based at in Blackfriars, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying between £31,200 to £37,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Background:
Sunlight Dishwash is the biggest brand in our Global FMCG clients Household Care category, and has been growing consistently over the last decade thanks to strong innovation pipeline and white space expansion.
The brand is now in a very exciting stage of its life, with the Brand Purpose coming to life and ready to be landed in first markets, and with huge white space expansions being planned for future growth. In Sunlight, we are a very committed team with an entrepreneurial spirit always out for pioneering new ways of creating the best mixes to delight our consumers worldwide.

We are now seeking for a passionate and talented marketer to join our Team in developing the future of Sunlight's disruptive platform that will help take Sunlight to the next level, and has the capability and drive to eventually lead development of both brand innovations and communications. The position sits within the disruptive platform of the brand whose aim is to disrupt the way consumers do the washing but also disrupt the way innovations are developed and landed in the market. The role would be ideal for candidates who are looking for a stretching ABM role that will prepare them for their next step. There may be some limited travel.

Previous experience in BD is required especially in the area of market and consumer insight understanding, and familiarity with communication process, design development stages. Analytical skills for market and financials analysis required.

Key Accountabilities
*Support the Global Marketing Manager of the disruptive platform in delivering step changing global innovation projects, both from product mix and communication development side.
*Assist in the development of consumer insights and the development of global innovation and communication programmes working closely with the CMI team, Partner Agencies and other functional teams i.e. Packaging, Formulation, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure excellent delivery and implementation.
*Manage clearly defined sections of innovation project, coached/supervised by brand development manager, through the feasibility and/or capability phase (communication, AW development, alignment with key countries).
*Facilitate team working in order to deliver projects.
*Understand the competitive environment in which Sunlight Hand Dishwashing brand competes including communication, category segments, competitors and market dynamics
*manages projects budget with a ZBB mind-set
