English Teacher

An English Teacher is required for a 9 month maternity contract starting in April 2018 at a leading Catholic school based in the London borough of Wandsworth.


This secondary school is a co-educational comprehensive school for pupils aged 11-18. The school is highly successful and well-respected with a proven record of high academic standards taught in a caring, supportive and distinctly Christian environment. The school community is enriched by a committed staff, good discipline and wide range of extra-curricular and enrichment activities aimed at broadening the pupil’s experiences. The school has great transport links and is easily accessible by both the overground and underground train lines.

English Teacher:

The school are looking to recruit an English teacher for the summer term who can teach this subject up to A level. The English department within the school is very strong and therefore the school are happy to consider either an NQT or an experienced teacher. The role will be a 9 month maternity contract in the first instance.
