Wolverhampton Homes is the non-profit organisation that manages Wolverhampton City Council’s housing and repairs service. We’re a people focused organisation committed to providing decent homes and quality services for tenants and leaseholders.

Positions have become available within thenew specialist Income Team.You will be a member of a team who deliver high quality, high performing services to tenants and other customers. You will need to ensure that income is maximised through the effective collection of rent and other income streams across our customers. Working efficiently to offer support and work proactively with tenants and other customers with the aim of sustaining tenancies.

Do you possess strong customer service focused skills, experience of working to deadlines, achieving performance targets and being a strong team player? The successful candidate needs to display a high level of personal drive and capacity for sustained effort and performance.

You will need to be numerate and literate to GCSE standard or equivalent; committed to customer service and able to communicate effectively with your customers.
