Skills: Wndows Server, Citrix, Active Directory, Helpdesk.
Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 + excellent benefits and bonuses

As a 1st Line Support Engineer / Helpdesk the role will require solid levels of infrastructure knowledge within Wndows, and tablet devices providing support to over 400 users. You wwii also work closely with the 2 nd and 3rd line support and gain knowledge in Citrix, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Patching as well as cloud solution.
To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you will have experience of 1 st line support, answering calls, working with PC and MAC queries, in addition you will be part of the service desk dealing with Network, Hardware and software related issues from a 1st line perspective.
