They are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Finance Assistant to assist their Team in achieving their ambitious objectives of providing the best service to their customers and developing more good quality and affordable homes.
You will be committed to processing financial transactions in an efficient and effective manner.
Finance Assistant Role and Responsibilities
You will report to the Financial Accountant and, as part of the Finance Team, you will provide an effective and efficient support in:
- Areas of invoice processing
- Preparing payments run
- Inputting journals
- Administration of tenants rent accounts
- Maintaining financial records
This is a new post and we are seeking someone who has excellent communication skills, with high levels of numeracy and literacy. Experience in carrying out general financial duties would be an advantage.
You will be expected to work with high levels of accuracy in order to provide an effective, professional and timely finance service to the organisation.
You will be expected to have lots of drive and enthusiasm in order to deliver a responsive, professional and friendly service to residents and other stakeholders at all times.
