We are currently looking for a talented Paralegal to join us in our Sheffield office to run a caseload of Fast-Track Personal Injury cases. You will be a team player with the ability develop and maintain excellent client relationships and will be keen to engage in marketing and business development opportunities.

The role:

Working as part of our successful National Fast Track Centre based in Sheffield, the role of an Acquire Evidence Executive involves acquiring evidence for a range of Personal Injury Fast Track Portal claims which include Employers Liability and Public Liability cases. You will be required to handle a number of cases within the Portal, gather all necessary evidence on quantum and instruct medical experts. The option of part-time working is also available for this role.

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of PI law

  • Knowledge of MOJ Low Value Portal claims process

  • Experience of client contact, either in person or by telephone

  • Someone who is self-sufficient and thrives in a busy working environment

  • Excellent communication and client care skills, demonstrating an ability to empathise with vulnerable clients

  • Empathy with the Labour Trade movement is desirable
