We have an exciting opportunity for a designer to become fully involved in the creative affairs of the company and take responsibility for design output. The position may suit someone looking to build a portfolio of work at the start of their career, or someone looking to work on a part-time basis.
So, if you’re imaginative, hardworking and energetic with a passion for good design, you may be just the person we’re looking for. You will share an enjoyment of travel and holidays, work well in a team, be able to work under your own initiative, as well as multi-task. Willingness to travel is a pre-requisite.
Assisted by a supportive team, you will be working on a variety of projects including (but not limited to), holiday brochures, flyers, posters, newspaper and magazine adverts, and other promotional collateral. You will also become engaged in the company’s branding and corporate identity arrangements. Working closely with your sales and marketing colleagues, there will be opportunities to become fully involved in the exciting mix of everyday business aside from design duties, which will help you appreciate the operations of a specialist tour operator. There will be the opportunity for international travel.
You should be able to work confidently with typical design packages (such as InDesign) and have the ability to see the project through to completion (printing/publishing).
