Private Client Legal Secretary



A Private Client Legal Secretary is wanted for a rewarding opportunity with a well-regarded firm in Aylesbury. This role will suit an legal secretary who has previous experience working in the Legal market on secretarial duties.

The successful private client legal secretary will be a positive, extremely organised, and experienced individual as well as being able to provide an elevated level of professional support to their allocated fee earners, as well as other members within the department.

Duties include:

  • Diary management
  • Building relationships with clients, external suppliers and internal contacts on behalf of the team
  • Regular assistance with meeting preparation
  • General Admin
  • Production and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Visio diagrams and Microsoft Project plans as required
  • Development and production of management reports

The successful candidate will have a fast, accurate typing speed. Efficient on MS packages and IT literate, good knowledge in the private client market and strong secretarial experience.
