Your new company
As a Payroll and Pensions Assistant you will be working for the public sector, covering a maternity leave.
Your new role
The main role will be to calculate the pensions for the employees, their are multiple types of pensions and will need to regularly updated. Ideally you will have experience of manual calculations of pensions for specific age ranges and calculate the entitlements.
For the payroll aspect of the role, you will be making any amendments where necessary and assist with the completion of payroll and pensions vouchers. You will also be expected to assist within administrative duties where necessary
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential for you to have recent pensions experience
Ideally you will also have knowledge of the Payroll process
You will be immediately available or have a short-notice period
