Summary of Role:
To support and assist the Assistant Buyer/ Buyer throughout the selection process and in delivery of new ranges. Managing the departments critical path effectively and efficiently and using initiative to take appropriate actions. Ensuring the buying team have products and information needed to complete their jobs. Collating up-to-date information on the competition, suggesting opportunities or actions to help drive the departments performance.

Attention to detail is a key element in this role.

Experience Needed:
A degree in fashion, textiles or related qualification is preferred. Retail store experience is required & head office experience would be advantageous. In the absence of a recognised qualification individuals should be able to demonstrate a passion for product. E.g. Demonstrate how they have used their initiative to stay up to date with trends and current fashion on an ongoing basis.
