£37,000 + 28 Days Holiday + Company Benefits (6 month contract)

Are you a Facilities Maintenance Manager from a building services background looking to work for a £3 billion turnover company?

Are you looking for a senior role where you will be responsible for all M&E projects on site and be the go to Manager for major issues relating to the facility?

This is an opportunity to work with a blue chip FTSE 100 business where you will be working in a principal role on site.

This is a truly global, multi-billion pound turnover business where you have prospects and the ability to affect change on a key role within the business.

This role would suit a Facilities Maintenance Manager from a building services background looking to work for a £3 billion turnover company and work in a senior role.

THE ROLE

*Responsible for the management of dedicated site team including Retail Delivery, Projects, Fire Safety & I.T. support
*Responsible for the people management of direct reports and all staff on site
*Overall responsibility for building & maintenance budgets including capital spend and ad hoc projects and achievement of project delivery to deadline
*Develop and implement an effective maintenance resource structure, stores system and planning system

THE PERSON

*Facilities Management experience
*Comes from a building services background
*Looking for an initial 6 month contract
