Part Time Accounts Assistant
Due to increased work load our client is looking to recruit a Part Time Accounts Assistant for a immediate start based in Middlesbrough.
The client is flexible on working days although hours expected are around 25 depending on work load.
You will be required to provide high quality, accurate processing of high levels of purchase invoices, credit notes, statements etc
- Support the Management Accounts Team with Daily, Weekly and Month End Processes
- Support the processing of high levels of purchase and service invoice and credit notes etc.
- Cash and Expenses Reconciliations
- Nominal Coding and Data Entry
- Fielding Telephone Calls
- Knowledge of Accruals & Prepayments and Journal entries
- Knowledge of VAT and Tax legislation
- Sage knowledge an advantage but not essential
- Working knowledge of Excel
- High level of secondary education in Maths and English
- Attention to detail and accurate
