3rd Line Support Engineer
£250-£260 per day (outside IR35)
3 months contract
A Plymouth based customer is currently looking to recruit a 3rd Line Support Engineer to replace a departing member of staff. This is an initial 3 months contract which may extend depending on the successful appointment of a permanent replacement later down the line. You will be part of a support team working to ITIL standards and will be dealing with change requests, incidents and other support issues across the following technologies - Windows Server 2008 & 2012, Active Directory, Office 365, Printing.
Key skills & experience required:
- 3rd Line support experience
- Windows Server 2008 & 2012
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- SQL & Oracle skills would be ideal
- Any experience support HR & Finance Systems would be beneficial
