Our client, an independent girls' prep school in Buckinghamshire is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Director of Studies teacher to join their thriving department.
Set on a ten acer site, this school, which has been educating pupils for a hundred years, is an independent girls' preparatory school with traditional values at its heart and modern facilities throughout the campus. The schools isn't academically selective on entry but achieves highly, well above the national average. There are approximately 400 pupils on roll between the ages of 3 and 11 and all pupils are provided the opportunity to take part in a rich and broad curriculum which includes first rate facilities for an array of extracurricular activities.
The school are now looking for a director of Studies to work closely with the Deputy Academic Head to run the day to day aspects of education in the school. There is also a focus on digital engagement within the role; which is an area the school wishes to develop in the future. The school are looking for someone is experienced and has a track record of quality leadership as well as proven IT knowledge and experience. The post holder needs to be proactive, flexible and have a passion for education.
The salary range is on the school's own scale and dependent on skillset, qualifications and experience.
