Are you a Junior Account Manager with experience working with Ladies Jersey?Are you a Junior Account Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity to work with this London based established supplier?

My client is a hugely successful business, who is currently recruiting a Junior Account Manager who can work on their most successful account, New Look.

Responsibilities:

  • Working over all Jersey New Look accounts; Casual Jersey, Formal Jersey, Going Out, Cut & Sew, Sports, Nightwear, Beachwear and Brands
  • Maintaining and developing strong working relationships with the New Look teams to encourage growth of the business
  • Working with the Head of design & Account designer to develop trend focused, yet commercial ranges specific to each customer type
  • Arranging regular development and trade update meetings with the Buyer of each department & company designer
  • Spot and develop opportunities with the Head of Design for increased business
  • Following up on everything that is discussed in the meetings & customer requests
  • Assisting in getting timely workable prices and FOB’s
  • Working closely with the designers to manage work load and help prioritize customer requests in line with their key sign off dates and meetings
  • Regular NL updates with New Look HOD/ HOB
  • To work with the HOD in the continued growth, strategy and development of all New Look Accounts
  • Attending all strategic development meetings with the HOD
  • Ensuring clear and concise meeting notes are produced after each meeting and sent to the customer & relevant team members
  • Being aware of key New Look sign off dates and meetings to ensure all development samples & costs are back in good time ensuring deadlines are met
  • To be a main point of contact for New Look and the London office with any queries or help required
  • To be able to deal with non-routine activities and act on initiative
  • Recognise problems and act on any difficulties or sensitive issues
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the team
  • Assist in the follow up of US vendor supplier meetings, liaising to supply cost prices, samples and fob dates to the buyer
