The Superior Healthcare Group is currently recruiting for Registered Nurses, based in the Whitstable area to join our growing team to work with a client on a 1-1 basis.

The Superior Healthcare Group is a specialist provider of complex care and agency staffing services across West and East Kent. We are Kent's first Living Wage Healthcare Employer.


We are the preferred provider of staffing for a number of independent, group care, nursing homes, residential homes, learning disability providers, mental health units, local cottage/private hospitals, and service users with complex medical needs within the community.

We have a great working relationship with our regular Nursing Homes and clients and are dedicated to finding you work in environments suited to your skills and preferences.


  • Registered with the NMC, UK Valid PIN essential
  • Sound clinical skills
  • Flexible and Reliable
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels - verbally and written.
  • Driver with access to own transport is desirable
  • Employment is subject to a suitable DBS Disclosure and satisfactory references.


You will be caring for a 47 year female with diabetes and an acquired brain injury.
Due to the nature of her needs you will be required to cover personal care, administer insulin, monitor blood and sugar levels, assist with light housework duties and help with daily activities such as shopping.

Our client is supported at home, and therefore you can expect to become part of a close team who share their commitment in providing the best quality of care.

Experience of working with complex needs and diabetes is preferred, although full training will be given prior to this role.


Weekday shifts, Monday - Friday (0730-1830).

Day and night shifts are available on a flexible basis in other packages, which is ideal if you are looking to top up your current hours; regular shifts may be available to those looking for more consistent hours.
