Duties will include welcoming staff, patients and visitors to the hospital, providing an efficient and effective telephone service, monitoring keys and assisting the Administration Department as necessary.
You will need to be a self-starter, who is able to demonstrate a high level of initiative in prioritising your workload. Excellent communication and computer skills are a pre-requisite, as is previous admin experience. Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting would be desirable.
