Part Time Support Analyst
A great part time opportunity to join a busy team responding to telephone and email requests for financial software support; investigating and providing resolution to queries through to completion. Working hours offered are Monday to Thursday, 10am to 3pm (with some flexibility).
Alongside your team, as a Support Analyst you will be logging calls onto an internal system, testing new software functionality and assisting with remote telephone training for new users.
This role will suit an IT Graduate with a qualification in Computer Sciences/Programming or similar. Previous Help Desk Support experience is definitely advantageous but excellent customer service experience gained within a financial services environment will also be considered.
You will need an understanding and awareness of databases and a confident working knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel). SQL experience is also required.
