Client Partner (Financial Services)
40k - 60k pa

The Client Partner is responsible for driving the performance and year-on-year client profitability of specific clients in a number of key verticals, focusing on Financial Service clients. A primary focus for the role is to lead and further strengthen relationships with key clients.

You'll be engaged in consulting with senior level execs, and focussing on helping them add value to their business. You will quickly become a trusted advisor, and develop long lasting, strategic relationships, unlocking potential revenue growth opportunities. Youll be tasked with setting the standards in the way the company build and maintain client relationships, teaching the Client Services team how to spot and convert opportunities, and driving company revenue growth year on year.

Your role will be to develop thought leadership for both the company and clients. You'll be expected to build a strong growth pipeline for your clients.

You will take line management responsibility for the Client Services team, and help maintain an exceptional standard of delivery.

You'll partner with other vertical and subject matter leads, helping to develop a business first solution across the board, and looking at new and innovative ways of working which ensure that we deliver on our client promises.

Responsibilities & duties
Your day-to-day duties will include:

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
Being responsible for developing your team's ability to convert opportunities into revenue growth
Proactively building client profitability across a number of industries, including, media, entertainment, publishing, and sport.
Being responsible for driving year-on-year client profitability
Liaising with the Practice Director and the Director of Client Services, to ensure that the company delivers an exceptional client service
Developing a clear and deep understanding of the client's business and their technological needs
Partnering with professional services and technical teams to ensure that project and relationships have the most appropriate Client Services resources available
Being responsible for making sure that monthly reviews and quarterly strategic planning sessions take place
Supporting new business through the pre-sales and Discovery processes
Responsible for team development, through mentoring and coaching
Ensuring that the company remains a Trusted Advisor to clients
Responsible for exploring ways of developing our relationship with existing clients, and finding new revenue streams within their business
Actively negotiating financial agreements with the Director of Clients Services, and the Chief Commercial Officer to ensure that revenue targets are achieved
Ensuring that weekly updates and quarterly strategic planning meetings take place on all key accounts, to secure the continued strength of our client relationships
Supporting the Director of Client Services by contributing to, and continually developing strategy
Other duties as required by the needs of the business

Qualifications & experience

Commercial expertise in one or more of these sectors; media, entertainment, publishing, or sports
Significant prior experience of working directly with digital innovation, UX and technology platform implementation, preferably in a senior Account Manager, or Client Services role
A passion for technology
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Driving client profitability of clients, media and entertainment clients, focusing on relationships with key clients.
