CRA Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a law firm based in Sheffield who are keen to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their thriving Wills & Probate team. This is a full time, permanent position. The position has arisen due to a promotion within the department.

The client are ideally looking for a secretary with previous experience working within Wills, Trusts and Probate. Fast, accurate typing skills are essential to this role and the firm are ideally looking for applicants to have typing speeds of 60+ WPM.

The role enquires the post holder to work closely with the Private Client fee earners and paralegals enabling them to work at optimum efficiency. It is essential that you are proficient in using your own initiative in order to progress matters and provide updates to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
You will work as part of a team in maintaining administrative processes and the client database systems, having a good understanding and working knowledge of using the Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
