Their aim is to provide integrated and strategic digital services to a variety of clients and industries across Insurance / Fintech / Ecommerce / Fashion and Lifestyle.

The PPC Strategist is a key role for the business and your work will have a direct impact on where the business is headed. You will be actively involved with clients’ PPC strategies, from early pitch stage until campaign optimisation and expansion. Besides being an absolute data nut and thought leader in the space, you will also be a great communicator who likes to build meaningful relationships that last. You will be working hands-on, owning the performance of all PPC accounts and as the PPC division expands this is expected to grow into a much more strategic role.

As our PPC Strategist, you will be the 'go to’ person, not just for all things PPC strategy related, but also for any industry/ technology recommendations and trends.

Activities & Responsibilities

  • Preparation and execution of client pitches, including strategic guidance, forecasting, pricing and planning of resources
  • Functioning as the active point of communication for clients and leading regular planning and progression meetings
  • Coordinating efficient and meaningful reporting for external and internal stakeholders
  • Estimating and evaluating tasks, prioritising workload for more junior members of the team
  • Mentoring and leading the PPC team (2 direct reports)
  • Advising and instructing on PPC best practices, also cross-departmental
  • Hands-on campaign set-up and management/ optimisation
  • Ensuring that KPIs of campaigns are clarified, confirmed, aligned with client needs and are communicated within the team
  • Active interdepartmental collaboration with (e.g.) SEO and Web Development, in order to guarantee we’re offering the best solution for our clients’ needs
  • Proactively make recommendations to clients based on their business model and customer group
  • Active support of the business development team by setting up meetings, pitches and calls
  • Confident is assessing and questioning processes and offer constructive feedback or improved solutions to issues highlighted
  • Participate in discovering new partnerships with suppliers and negotiate partnership agreements

Your Skills & Capabilities

  • 4+ Years PPC Experience
  • Proven success record of running and optimising AdWords/ Bing campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent understanding of numerical, statistical, and big data analysis principals within a business environment
  • Advanced Understanding (and qualifications) in industry recognised Digital Marketing tools including (e.g. Google AdWords, Google Analytics)
  • Experienced with attribution models and advanced tracking
  • Demonstrable experience running successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Highly analytical problem solving
  • Experience across a wide range of business models

Additional skills that are beneficial to this role include

  • Experienced utilizing or creating PPC-based technology incl. AdWords Scripts
