Learning Support Assistant
We welcome applications from candidates who are passionate about working with young people with Autism, PMLD and other associated difficulties. Recent experience within the education sector is desirable. The ideal candidate for this position will bring a flexible, creative and can do attitude to the role.
You will be expected to give appropriate feedback and maintain records of pupil's progress and development. The successful candidate will be required to prepare pupils for qualifications and external examinations. You will liaise with other professionals, such as medical staff, careers advisers, educational psychologists, social services and education welfare officers.
To be successful in applying for one of these Learning Support Assistant positions, you must be a graduate with a good academic background. You must also be able to think on your feet and be enthusiastic and empathetic.This is a great opportunity to build experience working amongst young people.
