You will be joining a successful and well established SME business based in Basingstoke. Hays Credit Management Recruitment are working with this organisation on an exclusive basis.
Your new role:
Working in a sole charge credit control position you will take fully responsibility for all collections and sales ledger related duties. You will ensure that payments are collected in line with company terms and that aged debt is kept to a minimum. As well as cash collection, you will also resolve customer queries, allocate incoming payments, reconcile accounts and report on aged debt.
What you'll need to succeed:
This is a excellent role for a skilled credit controller who enjoys being in control of the entire order to cash process. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and strong attention to detail. You must be able to manage your own workload and be a strong team player, who is happy to assist in other areas of the finance team if required.
