My client, a dynamic software company based in South West London is seeking an IT Support Analyst to assist the IT Manager in predominantly 2nd Line desktop / network support (servers, desktops, ad hoc projects) and some 3rd line support also.

You will be responsible for supporting around 80 internal users, plus providing some remote support for an international office. This is a customer facing role so the majority of your work will be providing 2nd line desktop support face to face but also remotely via email and phone. You will be maintaining Windows Servers, administering Active Directory and Exchange as well as the MS Office suite. You must be prepared to deal with 1st line issues, but also be confident in tackling 3rd line issues where necessary.

The standard working hours are 9am to 5pm but candidates would be expected to assist outside of these hours if extremely busy.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the following:

* Microsoft Windows 7 Operating System
* Microsoft Office 2010
* Active Directory administration
* Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008
* Service Desk call logging software
* Desktops and Laptop builds
* Printers and Scanners
* BlackBerry phones
