As an experienced Account Director, are you looking to join an organisation who will provide you with the opportunity for continual improvement and learning? Where you will be given autonomy to build high value relationships with an impressive client base, and work closely with industry leading technical authorities on innovative cyber security solutions?

This role is all about collaboration, consulting and delivery - creating opportunities and leading from the front to ensure these opportunities are delivered upon in the right and best possible way for your client base.

The key to this role isn’t hard sales. You will be motivated by, and able to demonstrate, a consultative account management approach, thriving on customer satisfaction. Your credibility, personality and outstanding communication skills will result in account success, and whilst this role will be rewarded well financially, you will genuinely care about ensuring the relationship with the client thrives.

You must be able to demonstrate experience of taking ownership of a high value account, along with in-depth knowledge of the sales process, outstanding questioning and listening skills and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets. You will excel in working with other internal teams, supporting and valuing your peers and colleagues whilst working closely across your client base. Whilst IT or related solutions experience would be advantageous, it is by no means essential.
