This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global organisation as a HR Systems Coordinator, troubleshooting system issues, advising system users and carrying out cyclical activity as well as providing support on projects and reviewing processes to make improvements where appropriate.

Key responsibilities will include:
Providing first line support to end users
Delivering system housekeeping routines
Produce reports and analysing data
Working within the team to coordinate the resolution of any major bugs and outages
Managing system support channels to ensure support is provided within SLAs
Perform testing of changes to the system
Provide support to other team members with major projects
Excellent communication skills and a thorough knowledge of technology are required for this role, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PeopleSoft. The ability to explain and present technical information to non-experts is required.
