Phone Based Insurance Customer Services Advisor
A market leading and award winning insurance company in based on the Hertfordshire / North London boarders is looking to recruit for a customer focused individual to join their team.
Working in a call centre type environment you will be dealing with existing clients, over the phone with a mix of both inbound (60%) and outbound (40%) calls.
YOU MUST HAVE gained experience of working within the insurance industry, have an understanding of a range of products including but not limited to Household / home insurance, landlord insurance or commercial property insurance.
Your dealing with existing customers will include renewals, mid-term adjustments as well as quotations for new business to existing clients. In addition you will also develop and maintain professional relationships to help actively acquire new client relationships so a flair for sales / new business is essential.
Being CII qualified or progress towards being qualified is an advantage but not essential if you have the hands on experience, while full study support is offered where required if the successful individual wishes to work towards professional qualifications.
