An exciting new position is available for an experienced Team Leader to join a leading and reputable educational institute based in their Birmingham City Centre office.

They’re offering a competitive salary up to £23500 + EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

You will be required to strengthen management structure by supporting them to deliver the best and most efficient service.


KEY DUTIES:

- Responsible for supervising and keeping on top of day to day operations in the centre
- Ensure you follow all policies, compliance procedures and regulations correctly and accurately as well as carrying out quality checks
- Deliver supervisory administrative support within the centre
- Reinforce local marketing and business development strategies
- Provide support training and development to colleagues
- Act as first point of contact for any escalations or complaints, in the absence of the centre manager
- Ensure colleagues are happy and well supported, with tasks delegated to them. Whilst monitoring their workload is completed correctly.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NECESSARY:
- Secondary leadership experience to support team development
- Ability to be professional at all times
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Ability to work with pride and be involved

Working patterns – 40hours over 5 days between Monday-Saturday
