Your new role

This pivotal role involves working as part of the marketing team and alongside the Marketing Team Leader and Marketing Assistant, ensuring the maintenance and implementation of the overall company marketing strategy.

As our new Marketing Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

• Work from the Marketing overview and campaign schedule to ensure the implementation of campaigns
• Managing customer demonstration requests to support the sales team (this includes organising travel, product and samples)
• Ability to proof releases for B2B and consumer publications
• Work with the Marketing Assistant to ensure that all external marketing materials are proofed before going to print
• Support the Marketing Team Leader when organising trade shows (this includes organising travel arrangements, purchasing required equipment/props, organising labour etc)
• Research industry relevant shows and make recommendations for attendance
• Working with the Marketing Team Leader to support mobile app activity, including checking and responding to community posts

What you need to succeed

In order to be successful you will require a combination of the following skills:

• Bright graduate / equivalent experience within web / print design
• Strong IT literacy, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to analyse and identify trends and make recommendations
• Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Adobe Creative Suite including Dreamweaver, Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Movie Editing and experience on Final Cut Pro is advantageous
