We are looking to recruit an Insurance Administrator to provide administrative support for all of Swan’s Insurance Risk functions.

Insurance Administrator
£19k per annum – Fixed Term (approx. 12 months)
Based in Billericay, Essex (with travel to other locations)

You will be responsible for processing insurance claims, payments, and general administrative tasks as well as coordinating the administration of the engineering reports and associated actions to ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations. You will ensure insurance procedures are followed and provide a high quality customer focused service to both internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficient organisational skills and an attention to detail. Previous experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous although not essential.

By way of background Swan Housing operates in Essex and East London and manages over 10,000 homes with plans in place to deliver more new homes as part of an ambitious three year strategy. We create communities, we build and sell new homes and provide a range of services to our customers.
