Our Client is seeking exprienced IT support Engineers to work in a rapidly growing IT services company seeking an experienced

We are looking for experienced IT support engineers at the following levels of experience

- 2nd Line Support Engineers (strong windows desktop, server, devices and exchange / MS Office)

- 3rd Line support engineers (strong server support and management - Win server, Exchange Server, ADS, LAN/WAN/VOIP)

The roles require IT Support Engineers to have strong desktop, server, network and device support skills with enterprise level large company clients. Key skills include exceptional telephone skills, ticketing systems familiarity and ideally

- MS Server,

- ADS, active directory,

- LAN/WAN/VPN, TCP/IP, VOIP

- cloud services,

- windows 10,

- Virtualisation e.g. HyperV / VMWare / Citrix

- Office 365

The role has a shift pattern attached to it, however, the pattern is heavily centered on day shifts with only 7 night shifts in a 9 week cycle.

Key skills for the IT support engineer roles include:

Experience in providing customer service 2nd line support / 3rd Line support in an IT environment

Windows 7-10, MS Server, MS Exchange, TCP/IP, Active Directory

Experience of face to face, Helpdesk, Service Desk or other telephone / remote based service or support function

General support skills (communication, information gathering, problem solving)

Remote support (e.g. Hyper-V, VMWare)

Experience of working with third parties General network connectivity/troubleshooting

Windows based networks and servers

Exposure to remote control software for fault diagnosis and fixing

TCP/IP fundamentals

Active Directory

Microsoft Exchange

MS Office 2003-2010 / Office 365

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, written and oral, confident with all levels of user up to and including director level A strong, amiable and flexible team-player

Salary £22-30K depending upon experience levels
