Technical Support Engineer
Our client requires a Technical Support Engineer/1st Line Support/Helpdesk to manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure whilst working to SLA's. The Successful candidate will have 1 year's experience within a Support/Help-desk experience, along with SQL, Windows 7,8,10, Windows Server and Ms Office. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and work well as a team.
