FX eCommerce Business Analyst

As a FX eCommerce Business Analyst for Talan Consulting UK’s client you would be part of the eFX technology team for improve their electronic footprint through implementing low latency, competitive pricing and algorithmic hedging, and improved distribution capabilities. As a FX eCommerce Business Analyst, you need to be specialise in FX Options eTrading and eCommerce space, with extensive knowledge in price construction, sales-trader workflow, interbank market access and e-distribution, complemented by experience of front to back processing and product lifecycle knowledge.
Main responsibilities are the review and the understanding of the current systems used in the eCommerce FX business line, counting the context of regulatory requirements and the broader mission of evolution to all FX systems within the bank. The Business Manager has to write the specifications and requirements for systems and processes as recommended for specific projects or the continued transformation of IT systems, interfaces and processes for all products within the eCommerce FX business line. Also, the managing and delivering of specific work packages or projects as may be needed, including the testing of enhancements in those work packages, both at stages during the development cycle and as part of the quality assurance / testing cycle (in association with the Quality Assurance team) and as part of the UAT process (in conjunction with business users and other key stakeholders).
Candidate Requirements are:
- Very strong technical background with specific demonstrable skills in the following areas:
o FX Options
o Mifid II
o London Compliance manual
o UAT process
o Quality assurance
o IT Management
Exceptions for the candidate include:
The candidate will be an experienced FX eCommerce Business Analyst with experience in the eFX domain including knowledge of MiFID II regulation as it applies to the domain. The candidate will join a team which is engaged on delivering new investment projects, as part of a growth strategy.
