We are currently recruiting for an Account Payable Administrator working within the Accounts Payable team. Hours are Monday to Friday, office hours (9:00 5:00)

This is a full-time role based at our head office in Luton and is a 2 months fixed term contract.

The primary tasks of the role are to support the general administration duties within the team including:

Sort & open post
Scan processed invoice for filing
Manage generic email account
Answer telephone
Various Ad Hoc duties including posting of invoices

We are looking for someone who can/has:

Great customer service
Prioritise workload in line with company deadlines
Be conscientious and have worked within an office environment previously
Be a team player and have a friendly and helpful attitude and be approachable at all times
Excellent organisation skills and a methodical approach with attention to detail
Be forward thinking and able to use own initiative
Respond positively and quickly to requests for help or support.
