Cambridge University Press has an opportunity available for enthusiastic Technical Support Analysts to join the team. The roles are full time, permanent positions working 35 hours per week with weekend shift coverage as required. We are offering a competitive salary of circa £23,000 per annum plus benefits.

About the role

As one of our Technical Support Analysts, it will be your responsibility to fix platform and product related incidents that disrupt the digital service our global users depend on. This will involve liaising and maintaining clear communications with third party providers from initial escalation of an issue through to resolution. The job calls for great attention to detail and accuracy with technical capability, business understanding, and the ability to relate to our customers.

With a busy throughput of technical support requests requiring decisive action we're committed to delivering consistently high and improving levels of customer support and service. What do we look for in Technical Support Analysts?

To be considered for this role you will be a decisive and determined character who enjoys problem solving and is a confident communicator. You will be service and customer orientated and have excellent interpersonal skills to supply technical information to a non-technical audience.

The successful Technical Support Analysts will have:

- An ability to pick up bespoke software quickly.

Knowledge of any other languages would be advantageous.
