Marketing Manager role for a leading property organisation based near Southampton owning the marketing for the South of England developments working closely with the sales function across on and offline marketing channels.

The Marketing Manager will own the marketing for around 15 sites working closely with the sales function to drive awareness and interest through on and offline marketing. You will drive lead generation through targeted email marketing, PR and brand awareness campaigns with strong CRM management. Managing external agencies for PR, design and media placement you will create engaging content and accurate briefings. The role will be a mixture of new marketing development and template adjustments bespoking collateral to each site specifications. Regular site visits will be required across the South Coast to the sites. You will own the website and affiliate sites ensuring accuracy of content and brand guidelines adherence.
I am looking for an existing Marketing Manager or a Marketing executive looking to step up with a track record in a fully integrated marketing role. You will have a strong understanding of email marketing and adapting marketing templates bespoking these to individual sites. You will enjoy analysing campaign effectiveness and a strong communicator managing agencies and juggling multiple projects / campaigns at a time. Regular travel to sites is a requisite so a driving licence and car is required.
Salary on offer is up to £37,000
