Service Sector Marketing Manager - Software Company - High Wycombe/Nottingham

Salary circa GBP 45k plus generous bonus on top -+ other benefits

Building on a legacy of differentiated capabilities and offerings in Enterprise Service, Field Service and Customer Engagement sectors, the company is looking to hire a marketing manager in the UK to further drive business growth - through awareness, consideration and ultimately pipeline generation to support P&L targets.
The company supports end-to-end service lifecycle management, including contact center, contract & warranty management, knowledge management, planning & scheduling optimization, mobile, customer & partner portals, projects, billing, service parts inventory and returns & repairs processing. With embedded IoT capabilities, They are the most complete, connected field service solution on the market and they also enable seamless processing with existing ERP and CRM platforms.
The company are looking for an individual who has a proven track record in identifying, addressing and winning new customers within the service sector globally or ideally having worked locally with one of the key players during their career. The individual must have a strong empathy and understanding with the buyers of business software who are looking to address organisational challenges in today`s and future business needs, through customer centric service provision. With a demonstrable understanding of modern and emerging marketing strategies and tactics to identify, appeal to and ultimately engage with, those individuals as they consider their software partner selection.

Overall ownership of the UK based demand generation for the service sector
Key leadership and influencer of regional business demand generation (France / Spain / Portugal and mpl systems capabilities)
Key contributor to, and leverage of, the company`s global Service and Field Service GTM and marketing campaign construction for in market awareness and demand generation
Manage, lead and influence a matrix of internal and external resources and budgets to conceive and deliver in market actions to drive awareness through to pipeline and revenue increases
SME for all elements of marketing mix pertaining to Service offering in the company portfolio ( PR , AR, Digital media including GDA, PPC, SEO and prospecting, retargeting and all forms of social media )
Originator of or coordinating the production of materials and content to support business generation actions and thought leadership positioning.

Reporting Structure and Resource Ownership
Reports to Regional Marketing Director -
Ownership of significant budget responsibility
Shared leverage of all internal and external IFS marketing and agency resources to deliver on agreed plan against measurable outcomes.

They are looking for individuals with the following competencies:
Experience of working with, or supporting Service and Field Service Management marketing functions
Understanding of the field service and/or aftermarket business, focusing on Industrial IoT, Connected Assets, Scheduling Optimization, Predictive Maintenance, Performance Based Services, Mobility, Claims & Warranty Management and Repair & Logistics
Proven track record of success in managing all aspects of omni-channel marketing mix actions
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Strong written and verbal English language skills
A sense of urgency to ensure rapid resolution of complex and critical issues whilst remaining calm and professional under pressure
The ability to work to contracted and targeted service levels whilst understanding the value and importance of responsiveness and clear communication
A willingness to take ownership of issues and the persistence to see problems through to conclusion
