IT Systems Trainer (Office 365 / Win10) - £38K-£45K p.a. - Central London

Join a training team of 5 talented trainers, team provides the ongoing delivery of training for core internal corporate systems.

Our client is in the process of rolling out Windows 10, SharePoint online, Office 365 suite, our client needs diverse training solutions to support this small but complex organisation with this transition.

The role will deliver training for corporate systems and devices across the organisation. This will include the following (not exhaustive):

- Office 365 (2016) - including

o Outlook

o Word 2016

o Excel 2016

o PowerPoint

o Teams

o Delve

o One Note

o One Drive

o Yammer

- Windows 10 OS

- SharePoint online

- Select HR

- Trustnet

- Laptop/MacBook inductions

- Mobile Phone advice & guidance

- Information Governance & GDPR advice

The successful Trainer will be a primary interface between end users, technical support and will provide advice and guidance to users on Technology and Digital training related issues.

This role requires above average communication and influencing skills often receiving and providing presentations to large groups of perm and contract staff on highly complex information.

The role requires a level of highly developed specialist IT knowledge, especially Office 365 products, over a number of years. An understanding of Transformation Programmes, especially any Office 365 and SharePoint programme objectives and deliverables and the policies, culture and constraints relevant to them.

The training team will be responsible for providing internal training:

- Planning and delivering training and tailored training material for all staff groups for core corporate products.

- Ensure the provision of a high quality responsive service to meet the stakeholder and customer needs;

Essential Experience Required To Apply:

- Proven successful track record of delivery training programs

- Extensive experience of training Microsoft Office 365 products.

- Experience of delivering training to a multi-faceted organization.

- Experience of operating within a high performing training team.

- Excellent Interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Good People Management skills

- Degree or equivalent work experience

- Formal training qualification

- Microsoft Office 365 (2016/Windows 10)

- Cheerful

- Inquisitive

- Attention to detail.
