We`re looking for a Data & Analytics Campaign Manager with some experience in using campaign management tools to join a well-known, Not for Profit organisation in the Wiltshire area. This is a new hybrid role that sits between data campaign managers who execute the campaigns and the Insight and Analytics team.

The experience we need.

The successful Data and Analytics Campaign Manager will be an experienced user of marketing and CRM campaign management tools (Preferably Adobe Campaign but others such as IBM UNica, Apteco FastStats, Silverpop, Marketing Cloud or similar will also be considered) with experience in brief management and requirement gathering of CRM and marketing campaign work.

Whilst you may be called a CRM Campaign Analyst or Data Campaign Manager, we`re not hung up on job title, you just need to have used marketing campaign tools of some kind, and have a reasonable grasp of working across direct marketing channels. That said, more experienced candidates are also highly desirable. This isn`t a junior level role, an experienced CRM Campaign Manager would be ideal (3-5 years of experience or more).

Key areas of experience we need at a glance:

- Campaign management tools ideally Adobe Campaign
- Strong understanding of databases, data models, SQL and the ability to manipulate
- Working in Single Customer / Client View data environments
- A clear communicator - explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience

The role.

This is a Data Campaign Manager role for a really exciting organisation with an enviable brand who have a dedicated following, and you`ll work within a great team of Campaign and Data and Insight experts. You`ll build client communications within a single customer view and manipulate data using SQL. You`ll use your knowledge of campaign processes, including segmentation and targeting to ensure cross functional teams focus in the correct areas for growth.
