£35,000 - £40,000
Monday - Friday days

Technical Support Manager required to join the team within a FMCG manufacturing and packaging site in Corby.

Reporting to the Technical Manager the Technical Support Manager will be responsible for providing support in assuring the safety, quality and legality of the products produced according to the company and customer procedures and polices.

The Technical Support Manager will be responsible for:
Managing the systems review process for QA documentation, methods and procedures.
Review and update procedures as required with recommendations for improvements
New product launches (NPD) writing process and implementing guidance
Manage the customer complaints process from receipt of complaint through to response.
To be involved as part of the HACCP team in the development of the HACCP system
Liaise with customers and suppliers at technical level
Agreeing specification, standards and tolerances for both raw materials and finished products.
Supplier Approval, this includes maintenance of the Supplier Risk Assessment
Investigate any supplier non-conformance
Manage the internal audit process
Involvement in BRC Audits

The successful Technical Support Manager will have gained experience within Food process industry, manufacturing and packaging and hold a HACCP qualification with man management experience and customer relations.
